Smoothness and opacity characteristics make it suitable for a wide range of printing and writing papers, particularly digital printing papers. The pulp has found applications in bible tissue, envelopes, directory stock, carbonless paper and release paper grades. The pulp’s smoothness also makes its suitable for some tissue grades (EG Facial tissues). However Acacia has a higher resin content than Eucalyptus which reduces its absorbency. |
